Our Story

Open Since 2011. Still the Standard.

Zayka opened on 23 April 2011 and set out to be one thing: the non-vegetarian kitchen Gonda actually trusts.

Fifteen years later the method has not moved. Marinades rested overnight. Masala ground in-house. The tandoor lit early and worked hard. Kababs finished to order, never held under a lamp.

The same kitchen cooks a table for two and a wedding for the whole biradari. Different scale, identical standard.
